Task Force Deployment
I deploy to properties requiring immediate operational support, assessing challenges and implementing solutions. I lead teams through restructuring, transitions, and pre-opening scenarios while conducting operational audits. I support teams through special events, openings, transitions and other needs while while bringing fresh perspective.
Sales
I solicit, negotiate, and contract hotel business across market segments. I conduct site inspections, host FAM (Familiarization) trips, conduct competitive set analysis and implement dynamic pricing strategies to meet revenue targets. I represent properties at trade shows and industry events to maximize client relationships.
Task Force
Meetings & Special Events
I coordinate all aspects of group meetings from booking through departure, including rooming lists, meeting space, audio visual, and food & beverage services. I execute pre-event planning meetings and oversee on-site coordination for flawless execution.
Food & Beverage Management
I manage daily banquet operations for weddings, galas, conferences, and corporate events as well as F&B outlets including restaurants, room service, and lounges. I create custom menus with culinary teams and design innovative event concepts to drive incremental revenue for my properties.
Specialized Expertise
My expertise includes diplomatic protocol for international guests such as heads of state and foreign dignitaries where I managed security coordination with USSS and State Department. I’m experienced with luxury brand standards for Ritz-Carlton and my background includes hotel openings, protocol training, and task force for notable events such as private hotel buyouts.

I provide immediate operational support for properties facing leadership transitions, pre-opening preparation, or periods of increased demand. My focus is on quickly assessing challenges, supporting team structure, and implementing practical solutions that stabilize operations.
Sales & Revenue Support
I assist with business development across market segments, including sales solicitation, contract negotiation, and client relationship management. This may include site inspections, familiarization (FAM) trips, competitive market analysis, and pricing strategies designed to support revenue targets.
Meetings & Special Events
I oversee all aspects of group meetings and special events—from booking through execution—including room blocks, meeting space coordination, audiovisual logistics, and food and beverage planning. I also lead pre-event planning meetings and provide on-site leadership to ensure seamless delivery.
Food & Beverage Operations
I support banquet operations and event service for weddings, conferences, galas, and corporate programs while also assisting with food and beverage outlet operations when needed. This includes collaborating with culinary teams on menu planning and event concepts that enhance the guest experience and generate incremental revenue.
Specialized Hospitality Expertise
My experience includes supporting high-profile international guests and diplomatic delegations, coordinating protocol and security requirements with organizations such as the U.S. Secret Service and the State Department.
My hospitality background also includes luxury brand environments such as The Ritz-Carlton, hotel openings, large-scale special events, and private property buyouts.
